Can I submit a mixed collection or bulk cards?

Yes. Mixed collections are welcome. We’ll review everything you submit, but Chase Credit is only offered for cards we choose to accept based on condition, value and resale demand. You’ll receive an offer before you post anything.

Do I send my cards before I get an offer?

No. Upload clear photos first. We review them and send an estimated Chase Credit offer. You only post the cards if you choose to accept it.

What is Chase Credit worth?

1 Chase Credit = £1 to spend on eligible purchases at ChaseSwap. Chase Credit is store credit and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

What happens when my cards arrive?

We physically inspect the cards against your submission. If everything matches, your final Chase Credit is issued to your Chase Wallet. If something materially differs, we contact you before changing the offer.

Can I use Chase Credit and card payment together?

Yes. If your Chase Credit does not cover the full purchase, you can use your available Credit and pay the remaining balance by card at checkout.
